Article 1 (Purpose) These terms govern the use of the wholooklook app service. Article 2 (Agreement) By signing up, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. Article 3 (Services) We provide real-time location sharing, SOS emergency alerts, geofencing (safe-zone alerts), the proximity guard, family schedules, notes and chat, activity records, family games, and Kid Mode (points, missions, rewards). Some features may be rolled out or withdrawn in stages. Article 4 (Personal Information) Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct) Collecting or using another person's personal information without consent is prohibited. Article 6 (Service Suspension) The service may be temporarily suspended when unavoidable, such as for system maintenance. Article 7 (Disclaimer) We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
