Delete Account

wholooklook app users may request deletion of their account and related personal information using either method below. 1. Delete within the app Open the wholooklook app → My tab → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account, and delete your account directly. 2. Request by email If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, please email us at the address below, including the email address you used to sign up. hmq1986@gmail.com Requests are processed within 7 business days. 3. Data that is deleted Upon account deletion, the following information is destroyed without delay. Name, gender, date of birth, email or Google account information, password (legacy email sign-up accounts), profile photo, phone number, weight, region, emergency contact, location data, activity records, daily and hourly step counts, family chat messages and attached images, family schedule and note content and attachments, saved places (location pins), safe zones (geofences) and their entry/exit history, device push notification token, Kid Mode child information (name, profile, PIN, points, mission history), and more 4. Data automatically deleted regardless of account deletion - Real-time location history: 90 days - Geofence entry/exit history: 30 days - Activity (exercise) records: 90 days - SOS send history (time sent and recipient count; no location coordinates): 365 days - Game mission verification photos: 7 days after upload (these are swept in bulk regardless of account status, so they are not destroyed immediately on account deletion) 5. Operational Records Where an operator has performed an administrative action such as deleting an account, a record of that action (its timestamp and the display name of its target) is retained for audit purposes.
